- Property must receive electric and/or natural gas service from PG&E®, SDG&E®, SCE® or SoCalGas®.
- Business or nonprofit applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- 100 or fewer employees
- Annual revenue of less than $16 million
- Conformity with SBA small business size guidelines (annual revenues of up $47 million, depending on industry)
