Eligibility

Eligibility requires that the property receive electric or natural gas service from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E®), San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E®), Southern California Edison (SCE®) or Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®).
