Resources

The following forms, documents, and materials can help you complete a project for the Residential Energy Efficiency Loan (REEL) program.

The following project forms are required to submit a REEL project.

1 Optional form. Not applicable for California Coast Credit Union projects.

The following are resources to help you participate in the REEL program.

2 EEEMs stands for Eligible Energy Efficiency Measures that are eligible for efficiency rebates, such as HVAC systems, appliances, windows and insulation.
3 A Bill Impact Estimate must be provided to the customer prior to commencing work on the property. Contractors can use GoGreen Financing's Bill Impact Estimate or create their own estimate using energy modeling software.

Sample project – HVAC and required safety test

This sample HVAC system replacement project requires a safety test. Because the property is serviced by both Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company, a utility bill from each company is required.

Sample project – HVAC plus nonenergy efficiency measures

This sample project is an installation of a HVAC system with a nonenergy efficiency measure. One spouse (Ellen Ramirez) is the utility customer, and the other spouse (Pat Ramirez) is the borrower. Below is a list of documents needed to submit to a lender for this project.
